Over 30 guests are stuck in a Tipperary hotel following a wedding due to the snowstorm over the weekend.
In an appeal on the Tipp Town community page, a user said: "Please is there anyone out there? My niece got married on Friday and she and about 30 more guests are stranded in Aherlow House due to the snow, they tried to clear the road with shovels borrowed from the hotel but with no avail.
"The Hotel is closed until Thursday but very kindly let the guests stay in their rooms. But most of these people are from Bristol and have missed Ferries or they were cancelled.
"They have to get back home tomorrow or at least from from Aherlow. Can anyone help please? It would really be so appreciated."
