The Premier County will face familiar rivals in both competitions as preparations for the 2027 inter-county season begin to take shape
Tipperary's senior hurlers and footballers have learned their opponents for the opening competitions of the 2027 season following the draws for the Co-Op Superstores Munster Senior Hurling League and McGrath Cup Football League on Tuesday morning.
The Premier County's hurlers have been drawn in Group 1 alongside Cork and Waterford, while the footballers will also face the Déise, along with Limerick, in their bid to reach the McGrath Cup final.
The draws were confirmed by Munster GAA on Tuesday, November 3, with both competitions set to provide counties with an opportunity to get valuable competitive action under their belts ahead of the National Leagues.
In the Munster Senior Hurling League, Tipperary will renew rivalries with Cork and Waterford in what promises to be a competitive three-team group.
