‘It’s not Love Island, it’s The Traitors’: Faithful Patrick reflects on his time on RTÉ show

Restaurant owner and former Casino manager Patrick Hughes talks about his experience at the RTÉ show and his relationship with fellow castmates Paudie, Nina and more

Faithful Patrick Hughes was banished from Slane Castle on Monday September 15. Following a tense roundtable  where he failed to convince his fellow Faithfuls he was one of them losing the vote by 8-4 between himself and Wilkin.

Thus ending the Faithfuls winning streak of having caught three Traitors in three nights.

Patrick has spoken about how he got everything out on the table, having correctly accused Traitor Paudie, who was banished on night 9, and that Episode 8 was his best day on RTÉ’s The Traitors Ireland. 

Now back home in Westport, he spoke to The Mayo News on Bridge Street at his á Thai Restaurant where he serves up what really happened on the show and what he learnt from the other contestants.
