Catherine Fulvio, celebrity TV chef, food writer, author and proprietor of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School brought a large audience to her cookery demonstration in the Resource Centre in Cappawhite on Saturday last.
The event was a fundraiser for Cappawhite Ladies Football Club. The cookery demonstration was preceded by a wine and cheese reception and a display of local artisan food producers and craft makers. Everyone left happy with a booklet of recipes and confident they could reproduce the dishes in their own kitchens!
Thank you to all who supported our event by buying tickets or donating spot prizes. We would particularly like to thank Tipperary Co op who sponsored our cheese, Ryan Centra, Cappawhite, Supervalu Tipperary Town and The Ponda Rosa Bar, Annacarty, for sponsoring our wine.
