1.53 acre residential site goes on the market in Cahir

Knight Frank recently launched the approximately 1.53 acre development site with a guide price of excess €125,000 exclusive.

A 1.53 acre development site in County Tipperary has been put on the market by independent Dublin property advisor Knight Frank.

Knight Frank recently launched the approximately 1.53 acre development site at the junction of Woodlands and Rosemount Court in Cahir with a guide price of excess €125,000 exclusive.

The site is zoned ‘to provide for new residential development’ under the Cahir Local Area Plan 2011.

Tipperary County Council granted permission on 17th October 2007 for the construction of 18 semi-detached houses on the subject site and on a section of an adjoining land holding. This planning permission expired on 16th October 2017 following an extension of duration of permission.

Cahir is located on the River Suir and is situated just to the south of Exit 10 on the M8 motorway, providing easy access to the wider motorway network. The town benefits from being located on the Limerick-Waterford regional railway line. Bus services to Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Waterford pass through the town.

There are also a number historic amenities and sports facilities close by including Cahir Castle, the Swiss Cottage, Cahir Park Golf Club, Cahir Gaa Club and Cahir Park AFC. Additionally, there are a number of well‐established primary and secondary schools.

Further details can be obtained from Knight Frank on 01-6342466.
