Breen picked up Cork talisman Patrick Horgan and gave the Glen Rovers man little to no space all day.
Horgan landed a few fine scores in the first half, but Breen smothered him in the second half, which eventually led to the forward's withdrawal after 50 minutes. An incredible year for the Ballina man.
