Planning has been refused to turn a popular Tipperary pub lounge into a bookmakers, it has been revealed.
Boyle Sports 2 Unlimited Co applied for planning permission to Tipperary County Council for the change of use from licensed premises, known as Brian Boru lounge at 49 Main Street, Cashel, to a bookmakers to include internal alterations, extension to rear, external signage and associated siteworks.
The development address is at Brian Boru, 49 Main Street, Cashel, county Tipperary.
The council refused the planning application.
