A golf classic in aid of Owning House and Retirement Village takes place at Carrick Golf Club on Saturday, August 19.
A huge array of prizes will be on offer to participating golfers. Tee times can be booked through the Golf Club by contacting (051) 640047 or Eddie on (083) 3253337.
To sponsor a tee, please contact Eddie. The cost of sponsorship is €50, and team entry is €100 for a team of four. The golf classic follows hot on the heels of Owning House’s fundraising summer garden party last Sunday, which was attended by a huge crowd despite the rain.
They gathered in the main house to enjoy raffles, spinner prizes, stalls, light refreshments and face painting for the kids.
“Without the trojan efforts of Kathryn Carroll, of our committee, and every one of our staff, the day would not have been anything near the success that it turned out to be,” said Owning House & Retirement Village manager Eddie Reade.
