BREAKING: Green light for massive 72-house development in Tipperary

A planning application for 72 new homes in Carrick-on-Suir has been approved by the council

Tipperary County Council green light for housing project

A decision on a major housing development at Knocknaconnery in Carrick-on-Suir, Tipperary has been given conditional planning approval. 

The applicant, Luizshire Limited, is looking to build 72 new homes, including 40 x three-bed houses and 24 x four-bed houses is awaiting approval from the council.

The development will also include a large communal space, resident and visitor parking spaces, and new pedestrian and vehicular access to Cregg Road.

A decision from the local authority was made on April 16 and the council attached 23 conditions.
