Revealed: Over 100 new homes for Tipperary as planning given go-ahead by An Bord Pleanála

The large scale development will see 101 homes and apartments as well as a creche built in Cashel

101 new homes for Tipperary as planning given go ahead by An Bord Pleanála

The new residential development by Dulla Developments Ltd has been granted permission by An Board Pleanála and will be located in Hughes Lot East in Cashel. As well as the 101 homes that will be built, plans include a childcare facility and construction of a new roundabout and link road for the development. 

The development will include 12 one-bedroom homes, 49 three-bedroom houses , two three-bedroom two storey terraced houses, one four-bedroom two storey semi-detached house, 11 four-bedroom two storey detached houses, six two-bedroom two-storey terraced houses, nine one-bedroom apartments and 11 two bedroom apartments in a three storey building. 

The development will also include new entrances leading onto the R691 Dualla Road as well as 201 car parking spaces for residents and a bike stand containing 40 bike spaces for residents and visitors. The plans include the new construction of a new link road between Dualla Road and Crotty’s Lane and alterations to the R691 Dualla Road to include a new roundabout, new raised tables and pedestrian crossings, Private, communal and public landscaped amenity spaces, internal estate road network and pedestrian pavement network including new internal pedestrian pavements.
