Homes and businesses in Cashel who have today experienced water supply issues, will expect to see normal supply restored soon, according to Uisce Éireann.
The company have said that its crews have repaired a burst water main in Cashel and normal water supply is being restored to customers affected.
The burst main, which occurred early this morning at Springmount Water Treatment Plant, resulted in localised disruption to supply for homes and businesses in the area.

However, crews were able to quickly locate the burst and repairs are now complete.
It may take several hours for full supply to be restored to elevated areas including Deerpark, Cashel na Ri, Spa Road and the surrounding areas.
Uisce Éireann’s Pierce Faherty thanked customers for their patience while crews worked quickly to repair the burst.
