A popular Tipperary late bar has made a shock announcement that it is closing its doors.
In a post on social media, O'Keeffe's - a popular bar and nightclub in Clonmel - said: "It’s with great sadness to announce that O'Keeffe's has now officially closed its doors.

"It’s been an unforgettable journey filled with great memories. Thank you to all our customers that have supported us over the years, it is much appreciated especially over the last few years as times got tougher.
"Thank you to everyone that organised gigs and events in our venue. And finally a huge thank to our incredible staff & DJs, who have kept the place running over the years. Goodbye for now."
