Three Tipperary schools will get additional SEN classes
Three more Tipperary schools are set to benefit from an additional special education needs (SEN) class, it has been confirmed.
The National Council for Special Education (NSCE) have sanctioned three more classes for pupils with additional needs for the new school year.
Scoil Eoin Naofa in Roscrea, SN Peadar agus Pól National School in Clonmel and Moyglass National School in Fethard are the schools that are set to benefit from the latest raft of SEN class announcements.

This latest announcement brings to 15 the number of new SEN classes that have been sanctioned for schools across Tipperary.
Seven of these will be at primary school level, with the remaining eight at secondary school level.

The next step is for these schools to proceed with admission processes and Minister Helen McEntee has asked that the NCSE work with these schools to ensure that they move to offer places to students over the coming weeks.
