Winning floats that took part in the biggest parade in Tipperary are named

Olympian Daire Lynch,Grand Marshal for the St Patrick's Day Parade at the VIP reviewing st and with the Mayor of Clonmel cllr Pat English and other dignatories

 Clonmel staged a wonderful celebration for the St Patrick's Day Parade on Monday with a huge turnout coming out to see the spectacle in fine weather.

There was an incredible blast of noise and colour on the streets of Clonmel as the parade made its way to the reviewing stand outside the Town Hall.

Shortly after the parade the winning floats were named by the organisers. In first place came Malayalees in South Tipperary, DR2 Dance Club came second and Clonmel Rowing Club had a huge turnout as they proudly marched after their member Olympian Daire Lynch who was Grand Marshal for the day.
