Street in Tipperary's largest town to close for three weeks due to watermains project

Tipperary County Council has given notice that it has made a order to close the R-688-9 Cashel Street in Clonmel for three weeks starting on Monday, February 23 to facilitate the watermains repair and replacement. 

The street will be closed from 7am on Monday, February 23 until 7am on Monday, March 16. 

Traffic will be diverted via R-707-2 Queen Street, R-688-13 Kickham Street, R-688-11 Upper Gladstone Street and then onto the L-7613-0 Morton Street.
