Headlining this year’s event are the internationally renowned The Waterboys, a band whose music has underscored the soundtrack to generations. With a strong Irish connection, interest in the headliner has already been phenomenal, and organisers expect the festival to sell out.
Tickets went on sale at 10am on Friday, February 6, with weekend passes priced at €110 plus booking fee via Eventbrite.
A Friday-only ticket is also available for just €15, offering exceptional value and the perfect introduction to the festival atmosphere.
For the first time, the festival expands beyond its traditional two-day format to include a specially curated Friday evening programme.
Festival producer and co-director Kate Twohig said: “We are excited for the first time to have the option to use the Friday of our festival weekend to curate a very community-focused and accessible festival experience.
“The festival runs daily from 3pm until 11pm, with After Party tickets available for both Saturday and Sunday nights. In recent years, these late-night events have become a favourite among festival goers, offering informal, dance-focused gatherings where artists who performed earlier in the day can relax and celebrate alongside a loyal audience in a laid-back setting.”
Organisers are also delighted to announce two new additions to the 2026 programme. The Wran, emerging from the Comeragh Mountains, is a brand-new trad fusion band formed by four brothers, Tommy, Danny, Sean, and Stephen Dunford, blending heritage with fresh energy.
