A popular Tipperary secondary school has confirmed the appointment of a new Deputy Principal.

In a statement, CBS High School in Clonmel said: "On behalf of the Board of Management and all here at the High School we are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Tom Ryan to the position of Deputy Principal.
