Tipperary development expected to be delivered in October 2028

Building began in April 2024, having gotten the go-ahead to build in September 2021.
An extension of a planning permission duration has been granted by Tipperary County Council to Rockspring Developments, in relation to a development of 60 houses at Thomas Court in Clonmel.
The development was originally granted permission in December 2020, subsequently appealed to An Bord Pleanála, but granted permission from them too in September 2021.
The developers said in their statement to the council that the work had begun in April 2024, and that 41 of the housing units are 85%.
Rockspring Properties also say that over €8 million has been spent, and the delays in building were caused over the last two years by having to increase floor levels, and the height of the retaining wall.
They expect building to be complete by October 2028.
The council granted an extension of planning permission to September 2029.
