Gardaí have arrested and charged a 23-year-old man today, 14th November 2024, in connection with a car crash which occurred in Cashel on 29th August 2023.
The crash claimed the lives of Thomas and Bridget O’Reilly and the defendant's three-year-old son Tom.
Thomas O’Reilly, of Walller's Lot, Cashel was arrested this morning at around 10am, he was brought before Cashel District Court after being charged with dangerous driving resulting in death and has been remanded on bail to appear before Cashel District Court on the 19th of December for the serving of the Book of Evidence on this charge.
