The death has taken place of Mary Scully, former wife of the late Michael Barry, who passed away peacefully on January 7th, 2024 in the excellent care of Deerpark Nursing Home, Lattin, Co. Tipperary, surrounded by her loving family.
Loving wife of John Scully, and much loved mother of Michael, John, and Marie.
Sadly missed by her loving family, brothers Ned, John, and the late Thomas, daughter-in-law Sheila, son-in-law John, sisters-in-law Pauline and Frances, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

Lying in repose in our Chapel of Peace in Fraser's Funeral Home, Galbally E34 AE22, on Tuesday, 9th January, 2024, from 6 to 7:30pm, followed by evening prayer.
Reception on Wednesday morning, 10th January, 2024, into Church of Christ The King, Galbally, for 11:30am Requiem Mass, after which Mary will be laid to rest in the local cemetery.

John (Sean) Kennedy
Greenford, London, UK and originally of Grange, Lorrha, Tipperary / Offaly
The death has occurred unexpectedly of John (Sean) Kennedy of Greenford, London, UK and originally of Grange, Lorrha, Co. Tipperary following a brief Illness. He died peacefully at Ealing Hospital ICU, London on Friday 5th January 2024. He is predeceased by his parents Jack and Tess, his brother Martin and his baby grandson Frank. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 55 years Anne, his daughter Claire, his son Simon, his daughter-in-law Helen, his beloved granddaughters Grace and Orla, his siblings Maria, Paddy and Teresa, his brothers-in-law, his sisters-in-law, his Aunt Maureen Kennedy of Shinrone, his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours in both England and Ireland.
Funeral will be taking place at Our Lady of the Visitation RC Church, Greenford, London, UK followed by burial at Greenford Park Cemetery. Full Funeral dates and details will follow in due course.

The death has occurred of John Foley, Queen Street, Clonmel, Co Tipperary and formerly Sligo. John passed away on 6th November 2023 in Thailand after an illness bravely borne, in the presence of family and friends. Much loved father of Justine, Jenny and Tamsin, he will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.

John’s ashes will be inurned in the Columbarium in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Clonmel in a private ceremony to be held later this week.

Betty (Elizabeth) Bergin (nee O'Meara), Dromard , Clonmore, Templemore and Church Road, Templemore, 8th of January 2024. Predeceased by her devoted husband Danny, sisters Kathleen, Winnie and Mary; brothers Paddy and Matt. Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Eilish (Dunne, Killeigh, Tullamore), sons Liam and Donal, daughters-in-law Noelle and Annmarie, son-in-law Ciarán; grandchildren Danielle, Aoife, Kevin and Seán, brother Billy, nephews, nieces and a large circle of relatives, friends and neighbours.

Loving husband to Mary and father to Maria, Caroline and Barry. Lily passed away peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital on Tuesday morning surrounded by her loving family. Patrick O’Rourke, formerly of Chancellerstown, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary passed away peacefully on 28th December 2023 in the loving care of the Nurses and staff of the Cottage Nursing Home. Predeceased by his brother Davy, sisters Marie (Duggan) and Noreen (Cullen). He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving sister Kathleen (Burke), nephews, nieces relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Philomena (Mena) Maher (nee Nugent), (T.O.S.F.), Emmet Street and Davis Road, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.
Philomena (in her 96th year), was one of the Nugent family of Newcastle and former publican of the Half-Way House, Barne. She passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff of the Cottage Nursing Home, Clonmel on Monday morning surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her husband Pa, she is deeply regretted by her son Patrick, daughter-in-law Margaret, sister Mary (O’Gorman), sister-in-law Eileen (Nugent), nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of Barry Feeney (Retired Garda Sergeant), Kiltillane, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, 9th of January 2024, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the ICU Team, St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Predeceased by his beloved wife Helen, brother Gerald, brothers-in-law John Mulrooney and Michael Collins, nephew Daragh and niece Ailbhe.
