Marie Heffernan (née Dee)

Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Tess, brothers Davy and John, sister Geraldine. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family; devoted husband Tom, sons Mark, Brian and Padraig, adored grandchildren Niamh, Darragh, Róisín, Tríona, Sadhbh, Aóibhín and Saoirse, daughters-in-law Sinead, Karan and Aisling, sisters Rita and Teresa (Cooke), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, close friend Bridgie, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Monday 9th September from 4.30pm to 7pm. Arriving at St Kevin's Church Littleton at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday 10th September at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Peter's cemetery, Moycarkey. The Mass can be viewed using the link below.

Kevin O’Brien

The death has occurred of Kevin O'Brien (Tyone, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary) peacefully in the excellent care of Nenagh hospital surrounded by his loving family 6th of September 2024. Predeceased by his infant son Kevin. Beloved husband of Vera & loving father to Michael, David, Anne, John & Barry, brother Seamus & sister Mary (O'Sullivan), daughters-in-law Gràinne & Beatrice, sisters-in-law, adored grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Keller's funeral home Nenagh (E45XO94) on Monday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to St. Mary of the Rosary church Nenagh on Tuesday morning at 10.45am for funeral mass at 11am followed by private cremation.

Christina(Chrissie) Acheson (née Cleary)

Christina (Chrissie) Acheson (Nee Cleary) College Ave and formally of Kickham St. Clonmel.

Died peacefully on the 6Th September 2024 in the loving care of the staff of Solas Melview Nursing Home

Predeceased by her husband Kevin, sister Joan, brothers Jim and Sean.

Sadly missed by her loving daughters Finola, Verona and Ursula, sons in law, Paschal, Paraic and Amit, grandchildren Aoife, Niamh, Daniel, Aisling, Ciaran, Ronan, Sofia, Layla and Alexander, great- Grandchildren Erin, Freya, Emilia, Caleb and Harper, nephews, nieces relatives and friends.

Chrissie’s Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 1pm in S.S. Peter and Paul’s Church followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Teresa Flynn (Nee Sheridan) Cloneybrien Portroe & late of St.Josephs Park Nenagh. Peacefully surrounded by her family at St.James Hospital Dublin on Sept 6th 2024. Predeceased by her beloved daughter Martina (Byrne). Will be sadly missed by her loving husband Martin & cherished family Elaine (Slattery), Danny, Laura, Amy, Anthony & Selina. Brother Paddy & sister Ber. Grandchildren, Sons in law David, Darren & Seamus also by Andy & Anthony. Daughters in law Margaret & Aveain. Brothers in law, sisters in law, Nephews cousins relatives neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her son Danny's home in Cloneybrien (V94 AHF7) this Monday from 4 o'c to 8 o'c. Her remains will arrive at St.Mary's Church Portroe on Tuesday for her Requiem mass at 11 o'c. John Vincent Kelly

The death has occurred of John Vincent Kelly, Teresa Ahearn Close, Grange, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

 

Vincent passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday evening. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Saturday evening from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Removal on Sunday morning to St Nicholas Church, Grange. Funeral Mass on arrival at 10.30am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Michael Kenny

Michael Kenny, Castlehiggins, Fethard, Co Tipperary, passed away peacefully at home on Friday 6th September 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his sisters Mary and Philly, brother Billy, brothers-in-law Tony and Peter and sister-in-law Margaret. Sadly missed by his loving wife Ann, daughters Karen and Annmarie, sons Paul and Declan, daughter-in-law Eleanor, beloved grandchildren Chelsea, Amy, Ruby, Rosie, Dean, Rebecca and Chloe and his great grandchildren, his brother Joe and sisters Kathleen, Rita, Bernadette and Carmel, brothers-in-law Billy, John and Danny and all of his nieces, nephews, cousins and all that know him.

Baden Powell

The death has occurred of Baden Powell, peacefully at his home in Derryleigh, Newport, Co. Tipperary, on 6th September 2024. Predeceased by his wife Patricia (nee Howard) and his brothers Charlie and Caleb.

Baden is sadly missed by his daughter Ruth, his sons James and Raymond, close friend Rosemary, son in law Danny, daughter in law Clodagh, his grandchildren Claude, Emily, Lucy, Baden, Olivia and Holly, his brothers George, Arthur and Richard, their families and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Meehan’s funeral home Newport on Tuesday 10th September from 6-8pm. Arrival at All Saints Church, Stradbally, Castleconnell at 11:30 am for funeral service on Wednesday 11th September. Burial immediately afterwards in St. John's Churchground, Newport. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Milford Care Centre.

Mary Vaughan (née O’Donnell)

The death has occurred of Mary Vaughan, nee O'Donnell, Cooleen, Birdhill, Co. Tipperary; peacefully at Milford Hospice. Predeceased by her parents and sister Angela. Sadly missed by her loving husband Michael, sons Michael and Tony and Michael's partner Emer, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Lynch's Funeral Home Killaloe on Monday the 9th of September at 6pm to 8pm. Cremation will take place on Tuesday at 1pm in Shannon Crematorium. Donations, if desired to Milford Hospice. House private please.
