It is with deep sadness we announce the death of May (Mary) Lonergan, who passed away on 25th of June 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Cork University Hospital.

May (née O’ Neill) of Rathmore Rd and late of Carrick on Suir. Cherished wife of the late John and adored mother of John, Eamonn, Ann and the late Mary.

Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Annette, Frances, son-in-law Wayne, sisters Kathleen, Peggy, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May May’s gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at Keohane’s Funeral Home, Knights Hill, Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork, on Friday, the 27th of June, from 5-6pm, with prayers at 5:45pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, the 28th of June at 12.00noon at the Holy Family Church, Military Hill, which will be live-streamed at the following link: Live

Followed by Cremation at The Island Crematorium at 2.00pm which will be live-streamed at the following link: here

May’s family would like to take this opportunity thank the staff of the Mercy University Hospital and Cork University Hospital for all the support and care of their mother.

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. In the wonderful care of the staff of the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles. Predeceased by his brothers Liam, Tim and Phil, sister Eileen, sister-in-law Anna, brother-in-law Michael. Deeply regretted by his sisters Mary (Field), Joan (Curry), Patsy (O'Dwyer), Noeleen (Curtis), Bridget (Dempsey) and Lily (Wade), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours, former colleagues in Bord na Móna Littleton and a wide circle of friends.

May He Rest In Peace.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Friday 27th June from 5pm to 7pm. Leaving his Residence on Saturday 28th June to arrive at St. James' Church, Two Mile Borris for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Two Mile Borris Cemetery.

House private please at all times.

Johnny Broxson

Passed away peacefully on the 25th June 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his parents Harry and Babe, brother Frank (Cobb), sadly missed by his loving wife Susan and children Gary, John, Deborah, Charlotte, Natalie, Suzie and Stefan, brothers Alan, Ken, Leonard, Paul and Geard, sisters Margaret, Elaine, Chris and Sinead, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his 22 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

May he rest in peace.

Johnny will be reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home New Street Carrick-on-Suir on Friday the 27th June from 5pm to 6.30pm, Johnny will be arriving at St Nicholas Church Carrick-on-Suir on Saturday the 28th June for requiem mass on arrival at 10.30am followed by burial afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery.

Seamus Ahearne

Seamus Ahearne, Slievenamon Road, Kilsheelan, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, 24th June 2025 peacefully in University Hospital Waterford (Predeceased by his father Paddy and nephew Nathan).

Very sadly missed by his son Cian and daughter Natasha, grandson Kayden, sisters Shirley, Breda and Jacinta, nephews, nieces and his many friends.

May Seamus Rest in Peace

Reposing at his residence (E91 F2D5) on Friday 27th June from 4pm to 7pm.

Funeral arriving to St Mary’s Church, Gambonsfield on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
