Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home Templemore (e41 tr83) this Friday Evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. Removal on Saturday Morning to the Church of the Sacred Heart Templemore for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment in Templeree Cemetery afterwards.

Geraldine Farrell (née Sammon) (Clontarf West, Killester, Dublin 5 and formerly of ‘The Old Road’, Cashel, Co Tipperary), died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on the 3rd July 2025, in her 86th year.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Harry (Henry), parents Daniel and Irene, brother Vincent, sister Lola (Irene), daughter Sarah, and son Garreth (O’Callaghan).
Sadly missed by her loving family; her daughter Irene (O’Sullivan) and son Brian (Moxon), son-in-law Dermot, and her three cherished grandchildren Beth, Laura, and Jane, her nephews, nieces, extended family and her wonderful neighbours and friends.
The family would like to express their gratitude and thanks to the community palliative care team of St. Francis’ Hospice, Raheny, the night nurses of the Irish Cancer Society, Collins Avenue GP, and Geraldine’s carers, Patricia, Ruth, and Sharon.

Geraldine’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (July 8th) at 10am at St. Brigid’s Church, Killester (D05P983), with Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Crematorium.
