EILEEN DIGHT
(née NAYLOR)

The death has occurred of Eileen Margaret Dight (Nee Naylor). On Nov 24th 2025 At Monaree, Nenagh,Co.Tipperary.

Born in Mottingham, South London on 9 April 1937. Predeceased by her beloved son Andre and her loving parents Frederick & Margaret Naylor.

Eileen will forever be remembered by her sons; Peter, John, Mark and Patrick and her-cherished grandchildren and daughters-in-law.

In Nenagh we know she has made great friends within the community, including At toastmasters , her Scrabble group and other people who were impressed by her humanity, kindness and good humour.

Friends and neighbours are invited to join the Dight family for a “Joyful Gathering” to celebrate the life of Eileen, at the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh this Thursday 27th Nov at 7 pm.

A private cremation has taken place.

Helen Michelle Costello
(née O' Donoghue)

Helen Michelle passed peacefully on 21st July 2025 in the care of her family, in her home in Bedworth, England. Formerly of 8 St Joseph's Avenue Ardfinnan. Devoted and loving mother of Ben and Annie, dear sister of Sean, Brian, Anne, May, Gerard and Patricia. Sadly missed by her heartbroken children, brothers and sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.

Cremation took place in a ceremony in England on 6th August 2025. Ceremony for burial of her ashes on 28th November 2025 at 2.30pm at St Finnian's cemetery, Ardfinnan, reception to follow.

Formerly of Parliament St., Ennistymon, Co. Clare.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Noreen Delaney nee O 'Callaghan, passed away peacefully at Mount Carmel Nursing Home, Roscrea surrounded by her family.

Pre-deceased by her beloved parents Daniel and Bridget, her brother Martin, sisters Kitty (Sr. Kathleen) and Letty.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband John, daughters Marion, Anne, Paula and son Martin, grandchildren Marina, Robert, Adele, Tara, Aidan, Kiera, Olivia, Reuben and Zara, her sister Peggy, sons-in-law Bill, noel and George, daughter-in-law Kerrie, nieces, nephews, relatives, good neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Tierney's Funeral Home, Roscrea (E53 NY70) on Tuesday evening from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Wednesday morning arriving in St. Cronan's Church, Roscrea (E53 PK82) for Funeral Mass at 12.00 noon.

Funeral Cortege will be leaving Tierney's Funeral Home on Thursday morning at 9.00am for burial in Toovahera Cemetery, Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare (V95 A972).

Denise Ann Dwyer, (née Whelan)

6 Bengal Lodge, Birr, Co. Offaly and formerly of Knock, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, died (unexpectedly) on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025.

Predeceased by her beloved parents Patjoe and Patsy.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Jimmy, daughter Margaret and her partner Rebecca, her nephew Ryan, brother Michael, uncles, cousins, relatives and many friends and neighbours.

May she Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her home (R42 PC83) on Wednesday from 4pm. - 7pm.

Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr at 10.45am. for Funeral Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in Clonoghill Cemetery.

Kim Egan
(née Flynn)

Kim (formerly of Cathal Brugha St, Cashel) passed peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital.

Predeceased by her mother Helen and her brother Larry Jnr.

She will be very sadly missed by her loving husband Billy, son Matthew, father Larry, brother Thomas, sisters-in-law Christina and Stephanie, nephews, niece, the Egan family, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Costigan's Funeral home Cahir on Thursday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving to St John the Baptist Church, Cashel on Friday for Funeral Mass at 11.00 am. Burial afterwards in Cormac's cemetery Cashel.

The death has occurred of John Cecil Gleeson (St. Conlon's Road, Nenagh & formerly of Crusheen Co. Clare) Rtd. Garda Siochana.

Peacefully, in the loving care of Limerick University Hospital, November 24th, 2025. Predeceased by his son Derek, brother Niall & sister Carmel.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Maura, daughters Natalie, Noelle & Orla, Natalie's partner Laurent, brother Justin sisters Loyola & Deirdre, grandchildren Emma, Jess & Ella, sister-in-law Brid, brothers-in-law Dermot & Christy, nephews, nieces, relatives, colleagues & many friends.

Una Kinirons - late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly Roscrea, Co. Tipperary on 23rd November 2025. Una passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at St Columcille's Hospital. Predeceased by her brothers Tom, Noel, and Fr. Michael, and her sisters Kathleen, Sr. Sheila, and Nancy.

 

She will be deeply regretted by her sister-in-law, her nephews and nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, relatives, and friends.
