Many exciting events are planned for Tipperary Mental Health Week 2024 which will run from the 7th-13th October.
The events below are taking place around Tipperary during the week:
Monday 7th October
A sound bath will be hosted at Newport Community Centre at 11am and the cost is €10 per person.
Tuesday 8th October
A talk on Lifestyle Medicine with Cian McDonnell will take place at the Silver Arch Family Resource Centre in Nenagh, from 10.30am-12pm.
Wednesday 9th October
A sound bath will be hosted at The Methodist Church in Borrisokane at 11am and the cost is €10 per person.
Spaces are limited and booking is essential the organisers warn so please call 067 31800 to book a space.
