Christmas jumper day taking place this week in aid of Down Syndrome branch in Tipperary

The fundraiser takes place in Cashel from 10am this Friday December 5.

Donegal people! Pull on your festive knitwear and support Cystic Fibrosis Ireland's Christmas Jumper Day

A day service group for people with disabilities in Cashel will be hosting a Christmas Jumper fundraiser this Friday December 5.

Moorhaven's Cashel Day Service will host the event on Friday, which will take place directly inside the left entrance to the shopping centre from the car park above Tesco in Cashel.

MooreHaven was founded in 1981 to provide a day service for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and funds raised will go to the Down Syndrome Tipperary branch.

The fundraiser takes place from 10am until 2pm and there will be a raffle prize for the best jumper.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be served on the day.
