HARTY CUP: Players to watch in Sunday's landmark all Tipperary final

Ronan Connolly to Cashel is what Tommy Maher is to Thurles as he drives his team forward from midfield while his free taking has been vital in Cashel’s run to this final.

He is built in the same mould as his older brother Eoghan but has a real eye for long range scores and with his free taking on point; particularly in the semi-final where he hit some incredibly difficult scores in tough conditions when Cashel were starved of scores.

He also has a real physical presence moving up and down the field and is typical of the big physical and abrasive players on this Cashel team, and with his help, they will be hoping to drag Thurles into a real dogfight in Semple Stadium.
