Planning has been lodged for the construction of 36 houses in Tipperary.

Martin Bourke has made the application to Tipperary County Council and the development address is at New Row, Templemore, county Tipperary.

The application plans for the construction of 36 dwelling units, consisting of 22 two-storey semi-detached dwelling houses, ten duplex Apartments,  four semi-detached bungalow houses.

It also provides for new vehicular and pedestrian access, boundary treatments, landscaping, site services including connection to public foul and surface water drainage system and all associated site works at New Row, Templemore.

A decision is due by the council on May 28.
