Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the Belarusian human rights activist and politician , planting a tree on Tuesday at the Circle of Friends cancer care centre in Tipperary Town
Staff, service users,volunteers and all involved in the Circle of Friends cancer care group were delighted to welcome a speical visitor on Tuesday to their centre in Knockanrawley.
They gave a warm welcome to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya who was in Tipperary to receive the Tipperary International Peace Award.While there she planted a tree on the beautiful grounds of the centre.
