International Day of Yoga will be celebrated in Clonmel

The Federation of Indian Communities in Ireland (FICI) in conjunction with Tipperary County Council will be  celebrating the International Day of Yoga (IDY) on Saturday July 1 from 10:00am to 1pm at Rockwell College as a free event. This will be include a session of yoga, Pranayama and
meditation followed by Irish dancing with Lucy Burgess, and Indian cultural performance.

The event was officially launched at the Community and Enterprises office of Tipperary County Council at beautiful Ballingrrane House in Clonmel. Cllr. Pat English, Mayor Clonmel, Anthony Fitzgerald Head of Enterprises,Tipperary County Council, Mrs Joan Kennedy from Rockwell College, Ruth Smith from PPN Tipperary, in presence of FICI Board members Dr. Jasbir Singh Puri, Kuldeep Joshi, Sangeeta Molloy,Margo Hayes and Cllr Declan Burgess attended the launch.
