Congratulations to Helen Costello O’Brien, daughter of Tom and Ellen Costello Shanrahan, Clogheen, who was recently awarded her PhD Doctorate in Philosophy from the School of Education, University of Limerick.
Helen is a former Deputy Principal of Glenstal Abbey School, Limerick and is now the Deputy Director of Oide, the Department of Education’s new national professional development service for teachers and school leaders in Ireland.
