The first count results came late on Saturday night and Cllr Joe Hannigan and Cllr Michael O'Meara were reelected to County Council.
The count resumes in the morning at 10am where the remaining seats will be confirmed.
Ryan O'Meara and Seamie Morris are expected to take seats with the fifth up for grabs.
