The Health Safety Authority has been alerted to an incident at a construction site on the Heywood Road, Clonmel that took place this morning.
The incident took place at the site of the ongoing protest against the construction of 82 modular homes for refugees on HSE land.

It is understood that a number of ambulances and an air ambulance attended the scene.

Earlier this week two separate arrests were made at the site of the protest.

One man appeared before Youghal District Court on Wednesday and another man was due to appear before Cashel District Court today in relation to public order incidents at the site.
