Tipperary GAA club is raising funds by raffling Oasis concert tickets

Carrick Davins GAA Club is kicking off its fundraising campaign for the year with a raffle that's generating quite a buzz.

The Club is offering two tickets to the Oasis concert at Croke Park on Saturday, August 16.

Tickets for the raffle are available both online at www.carrickdavinsgaa.com/products and through club sellers at a price of €10 each or three for €25.

Lotto

Carrick Davins GAA Club's Lotto jackpot wasn't won last week. The draw takes place on Tuesday and 7pm on the day of the the deadline for entries that cost €2.

Player Achievements

Congratulations to Jamie O'Shea, who has progressed through the Under 14 hurling development and has been selected for the Under 14 panel. This is a testament to Jamie's hard work and dedication.

Alex Stuart had his first outing with the Under 15 development panel last Saturday.. The team put up a strong fight but were narrowly defeated by North Tipperary in the Roger Ryan Cup.

Match Updates

The Under 13 footballers were scheduled to play Ballingarry last Saturday at home in Páirc na Daibhín. Despite the grounds keeper's efforts to prepare the field, the match was postponed due to waterlogged conditions from the recent heavy rainfall.

The team is now set to face Clonmel Óg at Ned Hall Park, Clonmel on March 1.
