Smudge went missing at around 11am on November 21

BREAKING: Tipperary family issues urgent appeal to find missing dog

Owners of a black terrier with a white chest marking have issued an appeal to the public for assistance in locating their missing dog.

Smudge has been missing since November 21.

The owners say they left Smudge into a kennel at 9am on November 21, and received a phone call from the kennel at 11am to say that he had gone missing.

Smudge was wearing a flourescent yellow collar.

He is microchipped and neutered.

Anyone who has any information on Smudge's whereabouts is asked to contact 085 242 3839.
