The much‑anticipated tribute concert 'Remembering Liam' has sold out ahead of its scheduled date on Saturday, 18th April 2026, at Bru Ború, Cashel.
The event will honour the life and music of the late Liam Coen, a much-loved banjo player and member of the band Rebel Hearts.

Liam was widely admired within the traditional Irish music community for his remarkable talent, his generosity, and the warmth he brought to every session and performance.
Known for bringing people together through music, Liam’s love of traditional Irish tunes, history, and folklore left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

The tribute evening will feature performances by Rebel Hearts, along with special guests including Seanie & James, The Men Behind the Wire, and other musicians who shared stages, sessions, and friendships with Liam over the years.
The concert promises to be a heartfelt celebration of the tunes Liam loved, interwoven with shared memories and tributes from family, friends, and fellow musicians.
Tickets for the concert were quickly snapped up, reflecting the strong affection and respect the community has for Liam and his contribution to music. Attendees will be able to collect their tickets on the night under the booking name.
