Tipperary motorists are being warned to drive carefully across the Premier County this Wednesday with many areas hit by spot flooding.
Among the worst hit areas is Kilkeary at the Tippo International plant and the road near the dog pound at Knockalton.
The Gardai are directing traffic at the scene of a fallen tree at Latteragh and Tipperary Fire and Emergencies Services are en route to the incident.
The road is passable, but only one side of the carriageway is open to traffic.
Heavy rain is also causing water to stream across roads around Borrisoleigh.
Motorists are being warned that it could take a while for the flood waters to recede.
Meanwhile, many fields are also heavily flooded adding to tillage problems already facing the county's farmers.
