Thurles Sarsfields honoured two club stalwarts last Tuesday night in a ceremony at the clubhouse which proved to be a great night for all in attendance.
Former Tipperary and Thurles Sarsfields hurler Padraic Maher was honoured for his achievement on the pitch for Sarsfields, while outgoing secretary Thomas Callanan was honoured for his 18 years as club secretary.
