Service at the Abbey House of Prayer in Clonmel

Members of the Secular Franciscan Order who attended the recent prayer service

Members of the Secular Franciscan Order (SFO) Clonmel recently held a prayer service at the Abbey House of Prayer Clonmel, formerly the Franciscan Friary.

Despite the friars leaving Clonmel on January 6, the SFO continues to meet monthly for their mass and meeting.

Members of the order are delighted to be able to celebrate their monthly mass back in the Friary, which is now known as the Abbey House of Prayer. This takes place on the second Tuesday of each month at 10am.

If anyone would like to join the Secular Franciscan Order, a new formation course will begin on Saturday September 9 at 11am in the Abbey House of Prayer.

All are welcome.

The Abbey House of Prayer is open daily from 10am to 4.30pm, with morning mass every Tuesday at 10am.
