Beloved husband of the late Josephine and brother of the late Bridie (Shanahan), Rose (O’Gorman), Mary (Owens), Jack and Nick. Liam (Billy) will be forever loved and dearly missed by his sister Lily (Costello), brother Pat and Peter, brothers- in law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Templeogue Village, D6W AC82 this Wednesday evening from 5pm – 7pm.  Funeral cortege will leave the family home on Thursday morning at 10.45am to arrive at the Church of St. Jude the Apostle, Orwell Park for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery.

Mary O'Sullivan, October 2nd. Mary died peacefully at home. Predeceased by her husband John, sisters Ann and Kitty, brother Pakie. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, Joan and Catherine, sons Seamus, Gerry, JJ and Paschal, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Margaret, brothers Dinny and Seamus, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Kennedy's Funeral Home, Borrisoleigh  (E41 VX81) on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to the Church of St. Laurence O'Toole, Munroe on Wednesday for requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Bouladuff.

The death has occurred of George O’Leary (late of Beechwood, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary) in Tucson, Arizona, USA on September 25th, 2023. Age 92 years. Peacefully after an illness borne with strength & fortitude. Mourned by his loving family, relatives & wide circle of friends both in Ireland and USA.

Church Service at 1pm (local time) in St Pius Church, Tucson, Arizona on Saturday, October 7th, with burial in St. Paul, Minnesota thereafter.

Reposing at his residence (Eircode R32 V2T2) on Tuesday afternoon from 3 o'clock pausing for prayers at 8 o'clock. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Killasmeestia arriving for Requiem mass at 12 noon followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Denis, formerly of Bantry, West Cork, died peacefully in Tipperary University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Anne and much loved father of Gary, Jean, Denise and Claire, predeceased by his sisters Nora (Sr Berchmans), Mary Jo (Byrne) and brother Barry.

Dr. Edward Ryan

It is with profound sadness the death has taken place in Toronto, Canada, on the 18th September 2023 of Dr. Edward Ryan, M.D, FRCSC, FSOGC. Late of Nenagh and Toronto, Canada. Son of the late Martin Ryan & Anastasia Ryan, formerly of Edward Ryan & Sons, 24 Kenyon Street, Nenagh, Co.Tipperary. Edward was a student of the Medical School of UCD, from 1965-1971.

Funeral and Cremation have taken place in Toronto on the 28th & 29th of September 2023.  

Edward will be at home for his funeral Mass on Saturday, 7th of October 2023, at 12pm in St. Mary's of the Rosary Church Nenagh and burial will take place after Mass in Tyone Cemetery, where Edward will be interred with his parents Martin and Anastasia (nee Collins) and his grandparents Edward and Julia Ryan.

Catherine (Kitty) O'Connor (née Power)

 The death has occurred of Catherine (Kitty) O’Connor (nee Power), Dunguib, Killenaule and formerly Horsepasture, Powerstown, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Kitty, (in her 98th year), passed away peacefully in the care of the staff of Tipperary University Hospital on Wednesday morning in the presence of her loving family. 

Pre-deceased by her husbands Tom Lenihan and Dermot O'Connor, brothers and sisters, she will be sadly missed by her sister Sr, Bríd (Franciscan Order), sister-in-law Trish, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

James Anthony (Jim) O'Brien

Late of St. Joseph's Park, Nenagh. Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Nenagh General Hospital, on 30th Sept 2023. Predeceased by his beloved wife Betty, brother Jack & Billy and sister May.

Will be sadly missed by his loving family, his three children Marie, Kieron & Denise, his nine grandchildren and his seventeen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Kitty passed away peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital on Tuesday morning.  Pre-deceased by her son Tommy and brother Pat she will be sadly missed by her loving husband Tommy, daughter Eleanor, sons Niall, Paul and Liam, grandchildren Cian, Eloise and Ashling, sisters Joan, Noreen, Anna and Pauline, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Sarah, brothers-in-law P.J., Martin and Denis, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.​​​​​​​

Our beloved Geniia, who came to Ireland from Odessa in April 2021, at the age of 80, died at her home in Fethard surrounded by her family, on Tuesday October 3rd. Much loved mother of Olga and Valentina, adored grandmother of Mariia and Anna. She is deeply missed by her sons in law Alexey and Alexey. She will be missed by all the friends she made in her short time in Cahir.
