There will be pumpkin carving for children at the event
Owning House Retirement Village is hosting a Scares near Skough Halloween event on Tuesday, October 31 from 2pm to 5pm.
The retirement village’s staff, volunteers and residents have embraced the spirit of the spooky season by decorating the whole village for the fundraiser.
Owning National School students are competing in a colouring competition to win family passes for the event.
The event is a fundraiser for Owning House Retirement Village but it has proven to be so much more as it has brought young and not so young together to plan and prepare for the occasion.
The organisers hope to see loads of families at Scares near Skough.
There will be plenty of refreshments for the adults to enjoy while the children carve their pumpkins.
