Swim for a Mile is back and hugely popular as always. The 2024 12 Week Swim for a Mile Programme has returned and is preparing swimmers across the county for a 1 Mile Swim Challenge.
The programme is running in three pools across Tipperary in Nenagh, Roscrea and Carrick on Suir over the coming weeks.
The programme helps swimmers develop their ability to swim for longer and to swim more confidently, the challenge being the 1 Mile Swim later in the programme.
