Rating: 5/10
Not his best performance on the day in Thurles. He picked up David Williams for the majority of the game and he couldn’t stop the Westmeath sharpshooter hitting 2-3 from play.
He always uses the ball well but he needs to be a bit stickier going forward as the modern cornerback still needs to be able to defend.
In general, he has been good so far this year so hopefully this is an aberration.
