Cashel-Tipperary LEA will be keenly contested with strong new candidates

A huge one in the area is the lack of free flowing “uisce” in taps in Cashel, Tipperary and rural parishes all around the Electoral Area. Irish Water or Uisce Eireann need to act but which councillor will push them?

A capital infrastructure plan is needed. Every council meeting involves councillors shouting loudly to see if they can “get water sorted” but it rumbles on, just ask the residents in Bansha, Golden, Cashel and New Inn. The local authority needs power to solve the crisis.
