Eddie Prendergast and Teresa Mackey at the finish of a recent Parkrun on the Blueway in Clonmel
Clonmel Parkrun is a free, fun, five kilometres event held every Saturday morning at 9.30am.
Each week there are plenty of walkers, joggers and runners at Clonmel Parkrun.
There is no time limit and everyone is welcome. Visitors come from far and wide, and no one is ever left behind, as the tail walker is always last.
The great thing is that parkrun happens every Saturday of the year, with two special events added to the calendar at Christmas and New Year’s Day.
No matter what your background or job is, there is always a place for you in our community.
The safety briefing begins at 9.25am at the Gashouse Bridge and the route is really scenic along the Blueway. Why not give it a go?
Before you come, please register for free at https://www.parkrun.ie/register/ and bring the same barcode along on your phone or printed out.
A warm welcome awaits you.
