New President for Thurles Rotary Club

The Rotary Club of Thurles has announced that it’s new President for 2013/2014 will be Town Councillor and former Mayor, Evelyn Nevin.

The Rotary Club of Thurles has announced that it’s new President for 2013/2014 will be Town Councillor and former Mayor, Evelyn Nevin.

Evelyn is delighted to take over the presidential reigns from Jonathan Gleeson, who has held the position since 2010.

The Rotary Club is a global network of community volunteers. It’s members meet for fun and friendship and to plan projects, both locally and internationally, that will benefit the lives of others. In 2011, Rotary celebrated its 100 years in Ireland.
