Visual Emotion exhibition at Tipperary Museum of Hidden History comes to an end

Cllr John O'Heney was delighted to pick up a print of John D Kelly's famous Nicky English picture that captured a huge moment in Tipperary hurling at the closure of the Visual Emotion exhibition

The long-running Visual Emotion exhibition of John D Kelly pictures at the Tipperary Museum of Hidden History took place recently. It was a huge success over many months with a huge footfall of people availing of the opportunity to look at the unique collection.
"Huge thanks to everyone who came along to the finale of the John D. Kelly 'Visual Emotion' exhibition where we sold many of John's wonderful photographs and helped raise funds for South Tipperary Hospice.
The final night of Visual Emotion, just like the exhibition as a whole, proved an overwhelming success and John and we here at the Museum were bowled over by the reception the exhibition has received. But don't worry if you missed out, you can still order copies of any of John's images from us here at the museum," said Marie McMahon, manager of Tipperary County Council Museum Services.
