He epitomised Tipperary’s topsy turvy effort from the first half into the second half. He lacked the composure and certainty over the ball that we have become accustomed to, and some second guessing on his part of possession led to the second Cork goal.
He improved hugely in the second half and looked more settled with a little more structure in front of him, and that will be a positive for him and Tipperary.
