The Cashel Chamber of Commerce is voicing strong concerns about the way decisions are being made regarding the date and organisation of the Cashel St Patrick’s Day parade following an interview by Martin Browne on Tipp FM the chamber released the following statement.
"Cashel Chamber of Commerce notes comments made on Tipp FM by Martin Browne indicating that decisions regarding the St Patrick’s Day Parade dates have been finalised and that the Chamber is backing this position."
"For clarity, the Chamber is not supporting the way this decision has been reached."
"The Chamber is disappointed that the views and concerns raised by clubs, schools, community groups and local businesses have not been meaningfully taken on board before positions were confirmed."
