A petition is making the rounds, as signatories insist the new lighting leaves the streets too dim.
Councillor Browne plans to submit a motion requesting a detailed check of the lighting, including how bright the lights are, how evenly they illuminate the area, and where the new lights are placed.
His aim is to make sure the heart of Cashel remains safe and welcoming, with bright streets for everyone who lives, works, or walks there.
